Chief of Staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred (Economics or Business courses also accepted)
- Honor students or academic achievers are preferred

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor real estate project development, ensuring strategic alignment and cross-departmental coordination
- Support the COO in implementing business development initiatives and executing key company strategies
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support high-stakes project decisions
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g. banks, government, partners) to ensure compliance and smooth execution
- Identify project bottlenecks and support resolution efforts across teams
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Accounting Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, especially in ledger maintenance, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accurate financial data in the accounting system, including journal entries, receipts, and disbursements
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Ensure ledger accounts are up-to-date and reflect accurate financial activity across departments
- Prepare standard financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and expense summaries for review by senior staff
- Provide documentation and assistance during internal or external audits
- Communicate with purchasing, HR, and operations to ensure financial transactions are correctly recorded
General Account
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and Philippine tax laws
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and integrity
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate, timely entries
- Perform account reconciliations and verify supporting records
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and handle all statutory filings
- Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate documentation
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in preparing corporate tax schedules and compliance reports
Billing and Collection Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in billing, collections, and documentation
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of collection strategies and financial documentation
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred
- Willing to work onsite and adjust to occasional overseas client time zones
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily billing and collection operations, including SOA issuance, payment tracking, and OR generation
- Supervise 1–2 Billing & Collection Specialists and ensure performance targets are met
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and Treasury to align collection efforts with cash flow timelines
- Ensure complete and compliant documentation (CTS, DOAS, etc.) for loan take-out and titling
- Conduct credit checks, monitor account aging, and reduce delinquency risks
- Send timely reminders, notices, and demand letters as needed
- Prepare collection reports, aging analyses, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with management to improve collection strategies and customer-facing initiatives
Property Management Specialist/Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations
- Strong tenant relations and communication skills, with the ability to handle issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in documentation and record management
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations & Retention: Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, courteously, and in a solution-oriented manner to support long-term satisfaction and retention
- Move-Ins/Outs & Contract Administration: Lead tenant onboarding and turnovers, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with requirements, and accurate recording of lease agreements and related contracts
- Billing, Collections & Compliance: Monitor timely settlement of utilities, dues, and collections; track compliance schedules and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely, quality repairs and preventive upkeep of properties
- Leasing & Occupancy Support: Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and coordinate with the leasing team to optimize occupancy rates
- Reporting & Records Management: Prepare and review property management reports (collections, occupancy, tenant status) and maintain accurate, organized records—digital and physical—for contracts, payments, and compliance documents
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Admin, Finance, and the Executive Office to align property operations with company objectives and support smooth execution of related processes
