Chairperson & CEO
As CitiGlobal’s co-founder, Beth leads the company with a steadfast commitment to the vision set by its late founder, Gary To. With her extensive experience in start-ups, entrepreneurship, and general management, she ensures that CitiGlobal stays true to its mission— developing high-quality, master-planned leisure properties in prime tourist destinations that offer both investment potential and long-term value.
Hannah To
Chief Operating Officer
A homegrown leader at CitiGlobal, Hannah oversees daily operations, ensuring excellence in project execution, marketing, sales, and service delivery. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a bachelor’s degree in Management, she further honed her expertise with a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. With a background in real estate sales, she drives customer-centric processes while aligning operations with CitiGlobal’s strategic priorities.
Kenji Marquez
Senior Project Manager
Engr. Kenji Marquez leads CitiGlobal’s Tagaytay projects. With experience at Rockwell Land Corporation and PJLhuillier Group of Companies, he played key roles in projects like Joya Lofts & Towers, One Rockwell, LIHIM Resorts, and Henri’s Lux Dining in Palawan. A Civil Engineering graduate from the University of the East Caloocan, he was part of the project management team for the LEED and BERDE-certified ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower in BGC. His expertise ensures that CitiGlobal’s developments meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
