The number of Filipinos going outside the Philippines for a better career opportunity has grown over the years, with 2.3 million OFWs migrating internationally in 2017.

The professional arena here can be complex, if not, too competitive. If you’re not affiliated with someone relevant or if you don’t graduate from college, chances are you’re thrown out of the equation for something better. Given this, some dare to fight their way in the industry with hopes to make it big. Our Sales Team Leader Harry Dacusin took on this challenge and successfully beat it.

Harry was on a job fair when he saw CitiGlobal. Having a background on sales urged him to join as a marketing partner to the company. He used to sell products mid-range on prices in his previous job that having a job that sells a million peso investment in the form of properties can intimidate someone like him. Lucky for Harry, he saw this as an opportunity to be great.

From thereon, he took on the job, made success and mistakes along the way, until he became the Sales Leader from his department. His greatest secret? He treats CitiGlobal as his own business. According to him, by making your workplace a place you can call your own, work will then be easier to handle.
